the location was stunning as i wanted just next door to the center as well as train station. satisfied with all the facilities, nice decor, a washing machine available.

The location here is great, being close to the subway stations, and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Had good experience for a business trip.

The apartment was beautiful and fairly clean, we appreciated it. The rooms were brand-new, plus it was modern there. Private bathroom was particularly good. Location was MAGNIFICENT and convenient, in the bustling business district.

The staff spoke excellent English and were super helpful. The facilities exceeded expectations, with clean and comfy rooms, a great kitchen, and separate bedrooms for privacy when traveling with friends and family. They even helped us organize a friendly and helpful DIDI driver to the airport. The fast Wi-Fi and nice breeze on the top floors were a bonus. The vast selection of restaurants and great environment in the surrounding area made dining out a breeze. The location was also convenient, with close proximity to exciting city attractions, a free shuttle bus to a business complex, and a short walk to the metro station.

The rooms in this apartment were clean and modern, and had all the necessary equipment including a kitchen and a washing machine. The location was very convenient as it was close to all the points of interest in the city. there were many restaurants in the vicinity, making it easy to find a variety of dining options.

One drawback of this apartment was that it was a bit of a walk to the nearest subway stations, taking around 10 minutes on foot. Another inconvenience was that the elevators often required a long wait.

The amenities here, like the electric kettle, microwave, and air conditioning, were really handy, and the location was fantastic.

Our best trip, we will come back. Thank you for really really nice stay for a business trip and just off malls, train station and a shop. The venue has magnificent and amazing setting in a Posh Area. Has well-equipped and perfect room with nice decor.

The room was spacious and the whole building really new. No need to call them before arrival, check-in worked smoothly like in a traditional hotel. the room was very clean and brand new, comfy beds. Washing machine with dryer was a big plus. the area is very good, safe, shops and cafes nearby. And only 15 mins on foot to downtown, teemall etc. For the price GREAT GREAT AND GREAT. Location is good with many restaurants nearby. the building is new and clean. Bed is comfortable. the ladies working at the reception are very nice and try their best to make you feel good. the rooms are clean, bed very comfortable, most of the staff have good English, nice and polite.

Felt at ease, no complaints whatsoever.

The staff at the reception were excellent, very cooperative and welcoming like a family. the apartment was clean and felt like a home away from home. the kitchen was in excellent condition, with all the necessary cooking equipment available.

The bottled water provided in the rooms was not the best, as it caused stomach issues. there was a bit of a challenge communicating with the reception staff due to language barriers.

The spacious two-bedroom apartment provided ample space for our small group of friends. the reception staff was helpful and always available to assist with any inquiries. We also appreciated the excellent location of the apartment, as it was conveniently located in the heart of the city.

We did encounter some issues during our stay. we noticed the presence of roaches and other bugs in the apartment, suggesting a possible cleanliness issue.

My stay at Heefun Apartment Guangzhou - Fuli Brand New World Plaza was absolutely delightful. The spacious and modern room provided all the comforts I needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment building itself was brand new and exuded sophistication. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants, taxis, and the metro station. The room was well-equipped with a fridge, induction stove top, and even a washing machine with laundry soap. The attention to detail in the room service was commendable, and I particularly appreciated the complimentary spring water provided daily.

I did encounter a minor inconvenience during my stay. There was some noise from other guests walking to and from the elevator, causing me to be awoken a few times during the night.

I had a great value for my money at this serviced apartment. The room was modern and included a washer and dryer. The location was convenient and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The breakfast experience could be improved with more variety.
